You chose three advertisements that effectively demonstrated the rules of thirds, visual balance, and leading lines. Thank you for taking the time to explain how the corresponding rules of composition were demonstrated and also how the visual hierarchy was established in each design.
For this week's project assignment, you took a look at the way designers use rules of composition and hierarchy of design in order to create an effective advertisement. The use of color is something that can communicate emotional significance in design. We can create moods and alter perceptions by combining these elements in compelling ways. These elements of color psychology are naturally part of the way that we as consumers experience media.
